Outsourcing
The company has, during 2011 formed working partnerships / joint venture with Sgb Cape for all scaffolding related contracts within Kusile Power Plant at Emalahleni. TEDOC SGB Cape JV, supply and erect access scaffolding to Mitsubishi Hitachi Power Agency at Kusile. TEDOCÂ HR Solutions is mainly responsible for all the IR/HR and Payroll Administration of the project within the Joint Venture. We are also responsible for Employee recruitment, contracting, employee skills and development and employee wellness. TEDOC is currently employing and managing over 829 active employees.
Industrial Relations
We have and only recruit / employ highly qualified Human Resource Managers to handle all HR/IR related problems which may arise in the workplace. We conduct all the disciplinary hearings, provide counselling and attend to the CCMA cases.
Payroll Administration
TEDOC HR Solutions is anchored by VIP. We have highly trained and qualified staff that are dedicated to all the payroll administration and duties.

Majority of our locally based and recruited employees are trained from General workers to senior positions such as scaffold erectors, scaffold section leader, scaffold supervisors, scaffold coordinators, inspectors and safety officers.
We are a full BBBEE Level 2 company.
